Wow, that's retarded. The lawsuit system seriously needs a revamp. In fact, it should be abolished. Just add laws to tighten up things, and the law system should punish people who do bad things, not lawsuits. Right now you can sue anyone for anything, it's retarded.
 
Some people have obsessive personalities. It's no different as getting permanently handicapped to a MMORPG character or something like that. This is one of the problems with dealing online. For business, I believe you need to be as appropriate as possible if you are the buyer having a problem with the item.

I love how he accuses the seller of having the ethics of a used car salesman but the truth is actually worse. He has the ethics of a lawyer.
