Case: Antec Super Lanboy
Mobo: DFI LanParty UT nF4 Ultra-D

My case has LED wires for HDD and PWR and one other generic LED wire. My mobo has pins specifically for HDD and PWR. What is the other LED for?

Other than the reset switch which specifically states that the black wire should be on the ground and the colored wire should be on the other pin, does it matter which pin is which for PWR switch, PWR LED, HDD LED??

The additional LED on your case is probably for a second harddisk controller (ie, SCSI card connector for HDD activity). The only wires that are position sensitive in your system is the PWR LED and HDD LED. The power switch lead and reset lead don't care. If you power on your system and if either the Power LED or HDD LED do not light up, then simply power your system back down and then reverse the connector--no harm will be caused by having it backwards at first. Just be sure to power down first...
