LED full spectrum grow lights and Cancer

Hey does anyone here know that do LED full spectrum grow lights can cause or contribute to certain cancers from a distance or in general?

I'm sure depending on the UV wavelengths the bulbs may emit, that they can cause long term skin cancer, no different than the sun can.
