This is a pretty good deal. I think one of the big guys (BB, CC, CUSA, Staples or OD) had it for $25 a couple months back. That's when I jumped on it. I think the mouse is great, I haven't had any problems with it.

Before I had a Logitech MX700 which lasted for about a year and then wouldn't charge and the mouse pointer would just shoot off into the corners of my screen. Finally I got fed up with it, bought this mouse, and couldn't be happier. The "leather" isn't really leather. I think it's vinyl or something and it says "leather feel" on the mouse box. But the mouse is light and responsive (I don't game though, so I don't know how it measures up there) and works well.

Unless its bluetooth, its not smoking. Wireless mice are not that good.

Heck....are they even still coming up with new Bluetooth products? Is the transfer rate higher with Bluetooth than regular RF??

Funny, no recharging station is a feature.... wouldn't you want a wireless mouse with a recharging station?

it just uses regular battery, no charging so you just replace the batteries after its dead

pretty dope...i've used wireless mouse like the microsoft wireless blue and the mx700 not a problem unless you have 2 in the house and in close promiximity like the next room over...they like to "interact"

Didn't a lot of people complain that the recharging contacts on the base had problems? A lot of people stopped buying those. After reading about the problems, that sure turned me away. I have this mouse, the regular one, and it is great. It is quite responsive. I'm not much of a gamer, except I play on-line golf, and the responsiveness is almost good, if not better, than the microsoft optical wired (the basic white one).

They are listed as Surplus Computers.

They do really good business IMO, as long as you don't buy the used stuff. I bought a Ducati 748 from one of the guys that started that place, pretty cool B&M store too with lots of BS to spend $$$ on.

I've had a 'groovy' intellimouse explorer 2.0 for 4 months. still running on included crap batteries and i use it for 8 hours a day 5 days a week. its got good feel for a wireless mouse, just as good as my mx700.

I ordered a non-leather MS wireless mouse a couple weeks back. It arrived within days -- works great. No complaints.

I'm down for another mouse now -- the leather gets the sale for me, that and I need another mouse for the computer I'm building (my first!).

I'm a neophyte. Not afraid to admit it and proud of that fact!

This deal is so good I might buy another one.
Will two of the same mice conflict with each other sitting side by side? Can I use the same base for two?

This doesn't exactly answer your question, but, you can use it USB and another mouse PS/2 simultaneously. Of course, you're not gonna get two cursors...
