leather chair at OD for $60 shipped

just looking at the OD ad and i noticed that they have leather chairs for $79.99 and $59.99

you can apply apply a $20 off coupon to the $80 one to bring it down to $60 shipped, and a $15 one to the $60 chair to get it to $45. not sure if there's still free shipping though. anyone have one of these chairs or want to comment on the quality?
 
Are these chairs any good? I got one from OM almost a year ago and the damn coushin is almost depleted. I could swear that my @ss feels the bottom of the chair when I sit on it. :disgust:
 
Just got the Staples chair for $40.00 the other day....And I'm impressed...great chair for the money. AHHHH, the smell of leather....


p.s. leather does'nt hold the smell of farts!
 
looked good to me. went to @blesh0ppers, picked up the link to the coupon, the free shipping is displayed on their front page. went through a signup, it remembered the coupon, checked out for 59.99 + Az tax, 64.95 total. says they'll do one day shipping, shows a link to a page you can print out a release to have the driver leave it if you're not home, cool. this was pretty smooth, IMO. just looked at this chair at Lowes for ~$100 Sat evening. 🙂

I've had the $45 dollar one for a year, and the cushion is totally flat. Worth the money, though. When I move, I'll just give it away.
 
there was a deal about 4-6 months ago for the $60 one for $37 shipped, got in on that for my dad...should've got more. (it was $50 -$15 coupon, +tax, no shipping)

its not bad for short periods of time but I wouldn't stay in it for 8 hours a day 5 days a week. also I'd recommend you be < 200lb so the cushion won't flatten out too quickly on you
 
not only will the cushion not wear out but you wont be as fat. 🙂

I'm still debating on this or the Fabric style for $60 after instant rebates @ Office Max. Tested it out today and it's a good sit gotta try this one and see what my butt enjoys most.

I got two of these chairs for $45. The cushion of mine is almost flat but still OK; the cushion of my girlfriend's chair almost looks like new (she is only 100lbs and does not sit on it 24/7).

The $60 one looks pretty crappy, but it's a good bargain. There might still be a $15 off $50 coupon available for OfficeDepot.com

I would suggest dropping by the B&M store to test/see/compare both chairs.

I actually bought the other one for about $65 shipped less than two months ago. With light use, the cushion is no longer firm; it's still in decent condition.

However, most user reviews of both these chairs have basically said that if you're a big person, you'll wear out the cushion *very quickly* if it's an everyday chair.

Based on that premise, I'm not sure of the overall value of these chairs since the cushion is not covered under warranty of course.
 
after looking at the OD ad again, i think i might buy this one instead, which is $99.99 minus $20 coupon to bring it to $80 shipped. it looks a lot nicer, which tilt function.
