Least expensive mobo for AMD FX 8120?

Building a render farm and am looking for an inexpensive mobo for an AMD FX 8120. See quite a few Micro ATX motherboards listed as AM3+ out there for $50, but most do not support 125W. Anyone have a recommendation?

Already have DDR1600 ram, so if the motherboard supports that, it would be good. If not, will my ram run at 1333? Its Corsair XMS3.
 
Get an AMD 970 chipset at least. The 760 and 880 chipsets I believe are missing some features.
