learning to budget with first real job?

Never posted in OT before but figured I'd try out the collective knowledge of AT.

I'm graduating from school in May and will have my first real job. Does anyone know of any books or resources about budgeting and investing that would help me learn. I don't know much at all (not sure how a 401K works). I need to plan out a couple years as I plan on getting married in 1.5 years, buying a car and maybe a house. thnx

Reasoning: after paying for taxes, two dollars earned becomes one dollar.
