Learning Microsoft SQL.. ?

I'd like to learn MS SQL for work. I am thinking I would like to take a course to get the basics, and then from there I could apply what I learned to what I need to do at work.

Question is, where do I go? I noticed Microsoft has some courses on their site... is that the best route?
