First, is it Blackberrys or Blackberries??

Seriously though, I just had a job interview where they wanted someone with BES experience. I've never touched BES. How difficult would it be to learn? Do I need a class or is it something pretty easy that I could learn on the job?

Good news is that they didn't say that not having that knowledge was a deal breaker, so I may still get the job, but I was just wondering what it would take to get the knowledge.

BES is pretty straight forward and not difficult at all as far as user administration. Just wait until you have to troubleshoot calendering issues or sync issues or... the list goes on.

The installation guide is very detailed. Pretty much every issue is related in some way or another to DLLs. Pretty much every handheld problem can be solved with a wipe and reactivation or by calling up the phone's provider to have them fix the issue since it's on their end.

Typically these are related to Exchange and not BES. BES is, for all intents and purposes, extremely simplistic in comparison.

I'm there right now. But RIM wont get back to me. :|

All of a sudden I am getting duplicate calendar events again after months of duplication-free synchronization.

Did you just install the most recent Exchange rollup? This exact same thing happened to me after the most recent rollup and after spending an hour restoring the previous nights differential the problem has been solved.
