I tried to download the new free video (the TCP/IP?) and it shows nothing available for free download anymore?

I wondered how long it would be before a *nix guy would chime in. Unix is way more expensive than windows my friend. If you talking about linux, then free yes..... rule the server world...NO! Apples and Oranges : )

First, did you pay for your copy of Server 2003? How much was that?.

I have a 90 day evaluation version i got for free. I am sure a lot of people are using the same version as well.

If I allready installed a 90 day version, will I be able to get and install this 180 day version? My 90 day is going to expire soon 🙁

Has anyone seen the new free video clip up on internet connection sharing? It is pretty cool but it seems to do the same thing as my little linksys box does, so I am not sure why I would use a windows 2003 server to do what a $50 hardware box does just fine?

I would just stick with the little linksys box if I were you. Kind of silly to run a Win2K3 box at home for a firewall, unless you are just using it to learn.

Wow! I just found this forum, and I am overwhelmed! I wish I could have got in on that DVD burner deal at Office Max! Anyway, I bought and downloaded these videos last night, and they were awesome! I cannot believe they are only $10.

Sam

P.S. This forum is gonna be real trouble for me. Looking back at some of the past deals, I cannot belive how imaginitive people are when it comes to price matching and what not. This is like a whole sub culture I knew nothing about..... Until now! I am hooked! I can see myself spending more than I should, and chasing all around town after deals. What a great forum!

Do yourself a favor and run, run away. The deal hunting is not only addictive, but you will spend soooo much money with all the savings you find here.

🙂

I wish I was kidding.

How do i redownload the files again? My harddrive went south but when I went to the site it doesn't show where to download them again?!

EDIT: Live support is offline but when you leave them a message for them to reply back, an error message comes back saying it couldn't be sent!?!?!

So let me get this strait Teezle. If you go into Target and buy something for $10, then go home and use it for a week. Then your house goes up in smoke. Then you go back to Target and ask them to give you another, and they laugh at you. Would you also feel ripped off? Just curious...lol,

If Target sold me software electronically, you damn right they better let me download it again. So you telling me if I downloaded software (after paying for it), then it is somehow lost from my computer. You wouldn't contact them to re-download it? You're a joke man. And comparing Target to a download sounds like someone who isn't thinking. I had to contact them while their support was online and they pointed me with a download. So now I guess they're a little better than Target - LMFAO

Ps.s. Do you usually compare buying software online with Target??......Just curious.......LMFAO

Anger management Teezle 🙂

Just because its software that you lost, does not make it the responsibility of the company you bought it from to supply you with another copy to replace the one you lost. I just did not understand how you could feel ripped off on something you lost. I am glad that the company gave you a new copy of the videos. I just think that was nice on their part, I don't think it was their obligation! I would have charged you for it again.... but that's just me🙂
