I was wondering if anyone knows any guides or would like to help me out to getting LEAF setup, on a computer to replace a router, i've heard good things about it, but all the guides I have found i can't completly follow as I am not a very knowlegable linux user. If anyone can help me out with some sort of Leaf for Dummies type guide that'd be awesome, if only that book existed!

Thanks,
Mark

Yeah they looked simple, once I actually tried to get it working it became difficult, I can't figure out any commands for their damn configuartion editor thing.

They do, but it dumps you into some kind of text editor to edit the files afterwards, and I can't figure out how to save any of my changes or anything because I don't see any commands to do that with.

Conventions

In this tutorial, the following convention will be used:

^X denotes a control character. For example, if you see: ^d in the tutorial, that means you hold down the control key and then type the corresponding letter. For this example, you would hold down the control key and then type d.

So ^S would be "ctrl S". ;)

GL, and if you have any specific questions or need to vent, just post. :p

Venting is good. Or walking. Walking is better.
