leadtek WinFast TV2000XP?

i bought one of these from newegg and it works. the tv volume wouldnt work for me at first, but thats because i had it plugged into the microphone instead of line in. onces its in line in could mute/change volume and there was no cracking or hissing like before.

my main problem is that i cant find any descrambler program to work with it. i must have tried at least 6 now and stil lno luck. i thinks its because of the 4 drivers or something. if any1 can get this card to work with a descrambler then i will be greatly appreciative.
