i've been using this tv tuner for college since i don't have a television. right now i'm at home and i cannot get this tv tuner running with time warner roadrunner cable at home.

or perhaps there is a program that can run on tv tuner?

digital cable problem? I don't have digital cable, so I've never tried mine on digital cable

It's got to be digital cable, otherwise the tuner should work with any standard cable signal, right?

If it's digital cable, you could try plugging the RCA component video out into the Leadtek card. You'd need to plug the audio directly into your sound card and you'd be forced to use the cable box remote, but it should work.
