Leadtek Warranty??

Sometime during the transformation of a new motherboard/processor, my video card decided to freak out and be all buggy. To be precise, it's the Leadtek a400 6800 GT. It's not a newegg refurb, but I remember people talking about RMAing their broken card to Leadtek. However, I was just on their site and they claim there is absolutely no warranty, that all products are used at the user's own risk. Anyone have any experience with this? Or am I totally screwed out of my money....?

I seem remember leadtek having one of the better warranties of the 6800gt manufacturers. But I just checked their website and I can find nothing relating to warranties.

uh oh. my card better not crap out on me. I got leadtek because of the very specific 3 year warranty, and the high quality....

Yeah, I tried calling them yesterday and all I got was a voice mail and no returned call. Meh.
