Just bought this motherboard from newegg.com...

Anyone tried it out yet? Supposely it now has adjustable mutlipliers and 400mhz FSB support...

I was either thinking of getting this or the Asus. I went with this because the asus was $35 more and i didnt need the SATA the asus has... did i make a good choice?

Nope, I've never used a Leadtek mobo, just video cards and the TV2000XP both of which have been excellent. What has been your experience with that board so far? It has the MCP-T if I'm not misatken so sound should be good at least...

ok So far so good. Ran 3dmark 2001 over night. no crashes.. So far the board seems to very stable... Tho this 2500+ is slower than my brothers 2400+ with 266mhz fsb (i guess its because his is 2ghz while mine is 1.83). Seems AMD definatly over rated this processor. Oh well i guess i could always overclock it like everyone else does :)

I think im video card limited now. I overclocked my processor to 3200+ speeds and some reason 3DMARK score only increased 25 points. I kept my memory at 333Mhz tho because my memory isnt stable at 400mhz. But with dual channel memory controller i still should be getting more than enough memory bandwith for my processor.. Im sure games that are more CPU intensive would be see a increase in performance tho...

So far the board has been VERY stable. I would recommend this board to anyone that doesnt need etra LAN port and SATA and 5 PCI slots (this board only has 4)... Since i dont use ANY PCI slots anymore im happy i saved the $35.......
