Leadtek K7NCR18D Pro died after flashing bios

Well my Leadtek K7NCR18D Pro died after flashing bios. I flashed many other motherboards and never had any problems. It was flashing and all looked well and then all of a sudden WHAM no video and nothing but continuous long beeps. I left it for about 30 minutes and it just continued to beep without video, I then knew the bios was toast. I tried clearing the CMOS, reseating the memory, reseating the video card, and even putting in a spare video card, no luck. I wasn't impressed with this motherboard, especially it's lack of being able to adjust the CPU multiplier via the BIOS. Rather than deal with tech support I did what I should have done from the beginning, ordered an Asus A7N8X Deluxe!

I had an ASUS A7V do that I tried everything and it seemed as though it was over. I pulled the board shorted the cmos jumper and pulled the battery, Threw it in the corner pile for a couple days and decide to mess with it again. put battery back in powered it up and it was working again. Go figure.
