Looks good, but heat sink and fan is not good for overclocking.

I own the PCI Express version of this card.

HSF isn't overly loud, offers mild overclock functionality.

VIVO is wonderful, with composite, S-video and component output. Latest drivers allow you to create resolutions that get around overscan issues with HD monitors and then pass those resolutions to apps/games.
