Having a BIG problem with a new Leadtek 6800GT 256mb graphics card.

While the nvidia/leadtek drivers are not installed the card works fine in windows xp... well at defualt windows driver speed...

I have tried the supplied Leadtek drivers, latest Leadtek drivers, latest nvidia official drivers & nvidia lastest BETA drivers. The problem starts to happen as soon as any of the 6800gt drivers are installed.

Problem:
Windows screen becomes ''pixelated'' shortly after booting... sometimes 10 mins, sometimes 30 secs... mouse cursor is visible/moves as a large pixelated square untill the system resets a few secs later

No response from leadtech tech supp yet... I have a 550w PSU on the way just in case its that but i really dont think it is!

System Spec:
Enermax 420 PSU
ASUS P5P800 bios 1100
2x512 twin corsair XL memory
Intel 2.8Ghz
WD Raptor HD
Win XP Pro

Anyone aware of issue? or have a workaround?!? ANy help appreciated...

Thanks for the suggestion & welcome

The system was upto date - but - i did downloaded & installed anyway... and sure enough - i load an IE webpage and it gets messy :/

All my hopes lie with the power supply now it seems :]

BTW: Nvidia recommended BIOS settings are active too...

Hmm  It'll be interesting to hear if the new PSU helps.
