yup.. phosphore dots and crts. if you go too far on a crt it starts to get blury becuase you don't have enough dots to resolve the detail.

What did you mean by this?

With analog viddy output there are no scaling options and as most panels lack their own such options the image will always scale and stretch to fill the whole display. This is particularly nasty with the common 5:4 aspect ratio panel as most gaming resolutions will be vertically stretched.
