LCD, VSYNC on or off?

I'm using a 9800 Pro and a Viewsonic 171bp @ 1280x1024x32@60Hhz using the DVI-I. Should I enable or disable VSYNC?

Will I gain or loss any quality?

Vsync makes better quality.
