LCD TV WALL MOUNT

So we're finally buying a LCD TV but the problem is we have a cablebox. (We don't care for the whole cablecard system). Are there any fully articulating wall mounts for a 37" that has a shelf below the screen for a box? Is it possible to mount the box behind the TV and get an IR BLASTER or something?
