LCD screen is all messed up?

I have an electric digital grand (YPG-625: http://usa.yamaha.com/products/musi.../digitalpianos/dgx_series/ypg-625/?mode=model). Today I went to turn it on, and while it functions fine, the LCD display is all messed up... it's fuzzy and there's a lot of overlapping text. Not sure what's going on. Is this a permanent problem? Any ideas?
