Anyone know where I can find any technical info about these? I have some questions:

Is there a more technical LCD forum I can ask these to?

Can I replace the see-through LCD screen of a panel projector for a backlit LCD? (I know I would need to know the pinouts, but what if I had the data sheets and used the same manufacturer for all parts?)

Can I "backlight" these screens so that I can loook at them head on?

Any help or direction would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
