LCD Monitor?

I am looking at the Acer AL1912b 19" lcd for home use. I like the bigger 19" size but will be using this for gaming. It looks like a decent lcd, 16ms response time... but I'm a little wary if I should buy it, or stick with a better 17" lcd (as far as gaming goes).

Anyone have experience with this monitor, or any suggestions for a different 19" or 17" lcd around 400 bucks - I would really appreciate it.

getta dell ive got 1901fp, its pretty damn good, but with all the deals on the 2001fp you mite as well that that at 1600x1200, 12ms u cant go wrong

have you played doom3, or other alike games with the monitor? Do they look fine?

Get the delll 2001fp referbrished for $538.20. it is a nice 20inch lcd with a 16ms response time, with a nice 1600x1200 resolution. its just about the best deal you can get right now.

You won't... it's a beauty! ...assuming you have a decent graphics card to drive games at 1600x1200.
