LCD monitor

I am unable to get my LCD monitor to work
Sometimes the light is green, sometimes its orange, either way no video
2 Dell 1905FP with Leadtek GeForce 4 Ti4600
i currently have it set to clone with the other LCD connected through analog and showing fine
Playing around with the settings I can get the LCD monitor to display that it can't display the current video settings
Changing the settings it just stays on but no video and in this mode the OSD does not seem to work

any help

If you switch the monitors, does the other monitor now have the problem? Or does it seem to be just the one monitor? If the problem affects both monitors when they're on that output, check what refresh rate it's trying to push on them. Set it for 60Hz if it's not there already.

I should have put my current settings for the monitor
1280 * 1024 60Hz
i've also tried lesser resolution to no avail
70/72/75Hz results in "Cannot display this video setting regularly popping up"
