The monitor images vibrate/shake (not flickering). This goes away during gaming to a normal screen. But when the games is closed out, the picture starts to shake again.
Currently refresh rate is set at 75 Hz on the desktop.
But in the monitor's own menu (accessed by hitting menu button on bottom of monitor), it shows:
H 60 Hz
V 75 Hz
These are not adjustable as far as I can tell.
The monitor is a 15" E-machines monitor that is about 1 yr old.
