LCD/CRT Which?

Ive done a bit of research now and I'm still a bit confused on the whole LCD/CRT (for gaming) thing. I'm expecting a new SLI system in January and wanted to know If these NEC/Mitsu (or other) 22" CRT's have the DVI hook ups? I know most LCD's have them. If getting a new system as I'm getting and buying a 22" CRT with 15 pin D-Sub, isn't that not getting the "most" out of the system? Meaning using "older" 15 pin technology and not utilizing the DVI.

Maybe I'm missing some important piece of info here on the DVI/15 pin D-Sub that I'm not seeing things too clearly. Any help here would be extremely appreicated!

If you want to get the most out of your system graphics-wise then your best choice is a CRT. CRT's are far superior to LCD's in graphics quality and can be had for half the price. If you want more space on your desk, get an LCD. If you want to enjoy the best possible graphics on your new system, then get a CRT.
