Yes the 191t is the 19" samsung. They are being replaced by the 192T so the price has dropped quite a bit. I didn't know you were looking around $470 though. Must have been a Dell hot deal.

Yeah, some of the base prices on the Dell 191T and 1900FPs are under 600. With coupons and rebates you can get it way less than that even.
