LCD: 16ms or 12ms?

Hey guys

Just a quick question for all the LCD screen owners: Is there a hugely noticeable difference between 12ms and 16ms panels? I can get a 16ms LCD from my one supplier for a pretty good price currently, but would it be worth paying extra to rather get a 12ms one? From what I understand, even 16ms panels are plenty good enough for gaming, watching movies and that sort of thing.

Any feedback would be welcome! 😀
