Lazy eBay people

We are lucky to get one feedback for every other auction. I used to let that bother me but I've gotten over it.

I only get about 60% of feedback. Even after sending two or three reminders 🙁

I never ask for it; I just let it ride. Some folks are really slow; some folks leave nothing.

I learn to not leave feedback until I get a feedback first. I have all the time in the world, they're just screwing themselves if they wanna be lazy.

you inform them of this right? Otherwise it would be pretty funny to have 2 people both waiting for the others feedback before leaving their own.

I've been hesitant to send reminders. I prefer no feedback than a negative one from a crazy customer who was pissed i had to remind him/her 😉

Its weird too, some of my missing people have left feedback for others in the interim.

Buyer should always leave first, they're the ones who ultimately decide if the product is good or not.

The whole feedback system is farked anyway, so I stopped caring about it altogether. Seems like 80% of the negs out there are retaliations anyway. What's the point?

that's good. now when everybody follows that logic, no feedback ever gets left.

you're supposed to leave feedback once the other party has fulfilled their commitment as a buyer/seller.

And 95% of the times when someone deserves a negative, people are so afraid of retaliatory feedback that they don't give a negative.

I'm primarily a buyer but do quite a bit of selling too, and I do feel that the buyer should leave first. I mean, they are the ones that want the product in the first place.

I am missing I think 3 feedbacks, which should all be positive. I got one negative as retalitory once when I first started on ebay a few years back. The buyer, who had a 500+ rating, was a complete ass hat. It came down to details of him not reading the description in the auction. He probably felt I was a n00b at ebay, and figured he would screw me over. Nice try heh 😛
