As to the bold, usually yes, but technically not always. In this case probably a number of people could have alerted the police to what happened, as apparently it was done in front of a group of people.

Usually though with these cases, the only witnesses are the victim and perp, so the last part of your statement is definitely true.

Here's a fun fact for sexual harassment -- even if he was grabbing Employee A by the pussy every damned day and she liked it and never complained, if Employee B or C or D saw it and it made them uncomfortable they could complain and he would still be in deep shit.

No, getting your diaper changed.

Do you have kids? Have you touched their genitals? Wake up.

So you're saying that the woman was getting her diaper changed by her father, with a wee twinge on the clit as "a gig"?

And I think if you're grabbing your kids' genitals as a joke, applauding the fact that you can since the world is no longer PC, you don't get to have hands anymore.

Thanks but I don't need a primer on sexual harassment.

What the hell are you talking about? This has to be the most jumbled up nonsense that is the confluence of reading comprehension fail and outrage that I've ever seen.

Technically she should be in trouble too.

In his scenario she likely would be, as the two people engaging in sexual acts, or perceived sexual acts in the officeplace could be grounds for sexual harassment by those forced to witness it.

Per this thread, it really seems you do.

Because me finding it interesting to see the upcoming arguments by prosecution and defense for whether or not he gets convicted of sexual assault is a reason why I don't understand sexual harassment? This isn't even going to be a sexual harassment case, yet its the only thing you have been talking about. Learn the difference between sexual assault and sexual harassment then get back to me.

You're the one that equated a woman being molested, to a baby having their diaper changed.

I was discussing contact with genitals and how depending on the circumstances, the contact can be sexual or not sexual. You have made a judgment that it was a sexual molestation, there is an argument to be made that it may not be a sexual molestation. Depending on victim testimony, eye witness testimony, and applicable law, it may just be an unwanted touching of the genitals and NOT a sex crime.

That's all I was getting at. There is no need to set your hair on fire and start talking about baby clit. Get a hold of yourself.

I think I might be the only one that gets what you're talking about, it's called bag tag.

No I get what he's saying too. I guess as more details are revealed it will be determined if the touching was actually sexual in nature.

Can't say that I have. Was this a family member or maybe a coach who slapped your balls?

Why wouldn't that be assault?

I had a DI in boot camp throw a roll of tape at my balls once.

About 6 weeks into training another DI must have turned the guy in for various things, he got shit canned after an investigation on his methods was started.

We've all been non-sexually touched in our genitals at one time or another. So, I would say that there is an argument to be made that you are wrong on that.
Yep, it's perfectly normal - in prison.

Couple thoughts here. First, oddly enough it sounds like the woman is the Trumpster, telling him it's a brand new day in politics. Can't imagine why a Democrat would be saying this. Second, a 71 year old man has a teenage daughter? WTF? Third, perhaps a better title would be "Crazy old coot acts inappropriately." And fourth, anyone who says it would be my word against yours and then immediately admits it needs to spend some time in prison just on grounds of abject stupidity. As a bonus, prison might give even this clown some prospective on unwanted genital touching and why it's wrong. Though maybe not; maybe at 71 he's happy to be touched in any way whatsoever.

For the genitals touching, I don't think people realize it was happening from day 1 when you were being cleaned as a baby. There are also doctor exams. I'm a little surprised there is such a large amount of people who think their parents just sprayed them clean with a garden hose.

I think you have it backwards. She's acknowledging its a new day in politics because of Trump. I don't think she likes it, and the male in the story is the Trumpster who feels empowered by Trump's lack of PC. That's at least how I took it.

I don't understand the teenage daughter thing either. I wasn't sure if the person was giving an example, like if here were to have a teenage daughter, or when his daughter was a teenager, or if he's like Trump, although Baron is 10.

Surely you can make the logical connections here.

Some people on the right saw Trump's win as permission to unleash their bigotry on the world. See the sudden surge in hate crimes after the election as further evidence. "I can be as sexist, racist and homophobic/transphobic as I want to be. Thanks, Trump!"

What was done is wrong, but the good thing in this is they cannot be as sexist, etc, because they get arrested and I'm thinking Trump isn't going to pardon this guy. A huge fine and a little jail time, say a month or two and probation. Betting he's going to figure out he shouldn't do that again.

He's bragged about sexually harassing women and underaged teens. Why would he pardon his loyal follower for something he himself has admitted to doing?
The point is that this guy isn't likely to enjoy his cheap thrill and no one is going to rescue him. He needs a fair trial and consequences proportionate to his actions if found guilty, and no personal warped ideology is going to save him.

I'm knowing Trump isn't going to pardon this guy, because he couldn't. Presidents cannot pardon people for state convictions.

I know that. There's a larger point in that whatever this guy thought was OK, even if "Trump inspired" it won't save him. He's up that creek pretty far.

Condemning Trump when there are evil people doing terrible things in the name of Trump is wrong. We need to be better than that as a country.
