Its for a 'TV' program and it requires me to cite a lot of things as part of my application, it has 21 pages and lot of it, are questions that are NOT stuff in public records.
I wonder what harm would one do if they mention something not on public record as part of the background information? Technically I should just plead the fifth on those right?
Questions like: Drug use and alcohol use etc etc. Not that I use drugs but the point is that its unfair to the contestant that they ask questions like that to verify their background but in the process are going to self incriminate themselves in the process if they say yes.
Like for me, I do not use drugs, but I have been around people who do use drugs and in close quarters and I have felt the high from the resulting smoke. So that cant be considered drug use as I am a passive drug user then? But if I answer yes, then i am self incriminating myself and somehow that can end up on someone record. Should one just answer no and let it be? cause its not part of any public record.
