a rocking car will scar children for LIFE!!!

I don't want to see two fatties going at after work while I'm walking to my car. To hell with the children, this is about me.

Public exposure. Being in a car is potentially a lot more visible than being behind walls.

So would it be illegal to have sex with all the windows in my bedroom open?

As long as you have the blinds closed, no 😉

So it is illegal with the blinds open? Hmmm...What about in my backyard?

:disgust: How would this be different than having sex on your front lawn with kids/people walking by? And would that be okay? You should really think before you post.

Your lawn may or may not be public property, despite what you think, which is why I mentioned backyard. You should really think before you post.

And if your front lawn is considered private property?

/thread

Because your backyard usually has fences or a wall. Furthermore, it's almost guaranteed to be genuine private property. A front lawn is more nebulous.

They why mention having your blinds open in your house? Why not say in the house with the blinds closed and no one can see you? Again, if your front lawn is considered private property, you should be allowed to have sex on it with others to be able to view"?

Because your idea is total exposure. Having all the windows open could be a simple oversight. You may have been cleaning the house and had them open and then decided to have sex, totally forgetting about the view...

So b/c you forget to close the blinds, you should be excused if children and parents walk by and see it?

If you were in that situation, would you say yes or no? Or what if a blind was half open and Little Timmy decided to sneak a peek? A quarter?

Then you take the risk, same as having sex in public. Just realize that you might be seen and deal with someone complaining.

But it's doubtful you'd be arrested if it was in your own home. However, the laws seems more pointed for those in cars, which is also a private property. I mean, even if you covered all your windows you may still be arrested.

Pretty much if you are doing it and anyone can see it and they object and call the cops yes its on you be it your RV, house with the blinds open, back yard, etc.

That being said its really unlikely that you will be cuffed and hauled to jail becasue of one nooner you had with the windows open in your livingroom. Yeah you may get the cops to visit maybe a ticket or something.

You're being silly (to be nice about it).

People are not going to walk up to your windows at your house. They can walk up to your car. Common sense, use it.

no, blue laws.

In many states just having oral or non-missionary sex is technically illegal.

I think in all, anal sex is.
