Law on Bullet proof vests

Does anyone know the laws or a web site that covers the laws concerning owning and wearing concealable bullet proof vests by civilians? I would also like to know the same about carrying a concealed tazer gun. The states in question are Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania.

THere's no law against wearing any type of bullet-proof vest, as long as you don;t use the appearance of one to perpetrate that you may be an officer of the law.

As for Tazers, they fall under the same guidelines as concealed weapons, guns included..

Nah, I think that's just your own paranoia talking. Seriosly though, I highly doubt many rich execs wear them, unless they are in the public eye constantly and have a bad attitude or are hated for some reason by the public. Otherwise why the hell would they wear a bullet proof vest for gods ballsack.
