Do you ever repeat the process? I've never shampooed my hair more than once in one shower setting..

I used to repeat. Then I had to pay for my own shampoo. Then I realized I don't actually have anything to shampoo anymore. Now a squirt of Formula 409 and a paper towel and I'm ready to go.

When I had my long hair, occasionally I'd wash, lather, repeat...then use conditioner...BUT, now that my hair is short, a single wash takes care of it...no conditioner needed either.

I sometimes repeat. My hair is really thick and hard to wash. It grows fast so if I'm overdue for a hair cut I end up washing it twice just to make sure.

Sometimes just lathering and rinsing once isn't enough to get it all the stuff out of it. Of course, if I stuck to a bunch of metrosexual activities, then that would never be a concern. But, after running a chain saw for a couple hours, let alone more than the 3 minutes that it would take to make some of you cry about blisters, there's just so much sawdust in my hair that one washing won't get it all out.

:p :)

You're special case; when you need a shower, you make goats faint.

Only after a haircut when I want to make sure I got all the little clippings out.
