latest webhosting offers?

just wondering what the latest webhosting offers were. i need something dirt cheap- meaning like <$5 /month. obviously on a shared server.

at least:
- 2GB space
- 10GB bandwidth
- unlimited emails
- php/mySQL (unlimited)
- some form of customer support


it'd be nice to have shell access with wget too... but not necessary.

current host (handinhandcomputing.com) has been fantastic for me for the past 1 year- $3.50 a month average with 3GB storage 25GB bandwidth. however am just seeing what my options are before committing another year with them.

1) You get what you pay for.
2) Usually it's not a good idea to pay for 1 year of web hosting.

My two suggestions are:
  • Telnap Internet Services (run by fellow AT'er DeviousTrap) is offering a Thanksgiving Special
  • Browse the WHT offers forum, remember 90% of is crap run by 15 year old "web hosts"

I have several domains hosted with Telnap such as DreamTeam360.net, my clients seem to be happy.
