Obama and McCain neck and neck in rural polls:
http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/200...XG3MXB5NQimTNdbNR34T0D

This contradicts yesterday's Yahoo news, which was that the "race is tightening". At first I was dismayed to read that, but my second response to that headline was "good - maybe now folks will be motivated to vote". I'm getting a little worried about a complacency factor, where people will assume its in the bag for Obama and thus neglect to actually vote. This is important, given all of the churches that will be transporting parishioners to the polls by the busload.

So are the polls that give Obama 10 point lead.

The race is most likely a 5 point race at this point.

It is still to early to look at the polls and make a guess about the final outcome.
Next Friday or Saturday we should see mass movement or at least the undecideds will disappear then we can see who is going to win.

Of the 14 polls, 5 of them have Obama +9 or more... Including Fox news. How is that an outlier ?
