Only users with credit will show up in the stats, but for all "classic"-users with credit there was an account created so it's just to start on #1; Ministry of Serendip, and work your way downwards to find anyones account...
The personal stats on BOINC-project is good, computer-listing is sorted after last connected, so easy to find a host stopped reporting. By delving even deeper will show if a computer has any problems with validating results and so on...
For team-stats and so on the BOINC-projects will only have limited stats, but exports full stats-dumps so stats-sites can use to get format whatever way they wants, and gets cross-project stats and so on.
Anyway, if you've dug-up the account-key, just login with this, and you'll see if it's Ass1-account or Taboo, and you can also change email-address on this account...
Not sure, but if you really can't get to one of the accounts, maybe it's possible to generate a new, and link to the "correct" classic-account afterwards...
Anyway, it's not really a big problem if it's not possible to link them, since you'll in any way start with zero Cobblestones...
