I didn't have the time to read this thread. Here's my quick question: is CF working yet? I bought this game the day it launched but played only 20 minutes because it's just not playable on a single 6970 :( That state of affairs is really getting on my nerves. I play most of my games with just 1/4th of my hardware. The other game I bought is prototype 2 and it also doesn't support CF, and it's been out a couple of months. Next time I won't bother with CF.

CF scaling is great as of 12.8 CAP2. I have crossfire HD4870 512mb's and I get an almost perfectly constant 60fps with shadows on high and no AA, otherwise maxed.

AO, even the forced kind using Nvidia Inspector, requires Reflections to be turned down to the sky+ terrain and Supersampling turned off to even work.
Are you sure ? I have SSAO running, but I have Reflections set to the highest setting.

I do have Sampling set to Normal. But not Reflections. I am using the Dark Siders 2 profile. The SSAO effect is very noticeable in game now.

I got a question about SMAA. I am now using it for 2 days. I like it. Especially the lack of pixel crawl. But it seems like the colors are a little different now. A bit more pale. Or washed out. (I don't know which exact English word to use). Am I imagining things ? I wish the nVidia control panel would have per-game settings for brightness and contrast. Or even Digitial Vibrance. I love DV. :)

It's not an OC issue. My GPU is also taxed at 99-100% during normal gameplay when a lot of action is going on.

My point is that I have a very low OC, 950mhz atm. If I have 100% GPu usage wouldn't I get a good performance bump by going for a higher oc?

Yeah, you're just imagining that, SMAA does not affect visuals in any other way than anti-aliasing edges. You can toggle SMAA with the 'Pause' key to see for yourself.

Thanks, that's a nice feature.
I wish they made a toggle key for more features, like SSAO.

CF scaling is great as of 12.8 CAP4. I have crossfire HD4870 512mb's and I get an almost perfectly constant 60fps with shadows on high and no AA, otherwise maxed.

The newest CAP I can find on AMD's site is 12.8 CAP 2 dated 9/4/12. Does that one support cf in gw2?

Sorry, yes CAP2 not CAP4. I'll edit my previous post. That's the one you want.
