It's called be a troll or a douche. People shouldn't encourage this kind of crap, even if it is funny (it isn't). ALL the people who get emails from him should ignore him, though.

yeah, usually he gets them going at least a little...that's why it's so funny - cuz they think he's serious for an email or 2 until he starts throwing bizarre shit in there.

good stuff, i haven't LOL'd like that in a while, i read quite a few of them, some better than others. sometimes he's over the top, sometimes very sutble
