According to the article, among the the official press kit which was distributed to journalists, there was a mobile radio which has a picture of Japanese gravure idol girl, Ogura Yuko under a seal of Olympic logo.

so it looks like they ordered the cheap radios from some chinese company that uses pictures of famous girls without permission on some of their products and just stuck a olympics sticker over it. haha.
