I am claiming that repealing rights we have already given to women based on their ethnicity is racist and facist. You DO realize that Native American women are discriminated against directly by this, right? As a man who was a victim of domestic abuse I can assure you that any man can reverse that situation almost immediately. If you cannot then you need to go work out instead of trying to twist this stuff to fit into your warped agenda. It is discriminatory because men are physically stronger than women and WAY more likely to be the abuser than the abusee.

As for the fraud, well hopefully they will keep determining who is committing fraud and prosecute them.

Secondly, if someone is attacking me and I grab them and pin them to the ground without too much force (which is easy to do with a woman) then not only have I reversed the situation, which is easy enough for any man to do, but I have also kept myself from any assault charges by not being overly aggressive in my response.

Finally, you are sitting here stating statistics of female abuse to a victim of female abuse which not only serves no purpose at all but also shows how far down the evolutionary ladder you really are. You're a fucking scumbag and I would glady take a vacation to tell you so. Fuck you for turning my personal experience into a platform for your bullshit.

Well now that's something you should tell my brother in law. He was married to a physically abusive woman and she once knocked him out with a butcher block. He didn't call the police directly but a friend who was on the force. He asked if there were witnesses to the crime and he said no. He strongly advised him to not call officially because his wife will contend that she was defending himself and in the eyes of the court he is guilty unless he can prove otherwise. The best case is that wouldn't be prosecuted or sued by her.

That's very common. The assumption in disputes in many cases is that the man is guilty. Statistics shown demonstrate that the woman is often the one who initiates violence, yet the contention is that the man is the one who is to blame. That does not excuse anything if it's true, but there is a very real obstacle to justice when the real world requires the demonstration of innocence on the part of a person, not proof of guilt. r
