Linkie to other forum - Im not sure of the rules about linking to other forums so Mods, please modify at your discretion.

I am in the process of trying to get it to work with Vista 64.

The fan profile system in this looks extensive and superb. Perfectly what I wanted if it is as well implemented as I hope.

I hope that this hasnt already been posted otherwise I am going to feel silly.

EDIT: Using GPU-Z as my compass, the Fan Profiles work and auto-fan levels can be set very easily. Underclocking and Overclocking beyond CCC's locks can be achieved.

My HD4870 mod with the Scythe Kama PWM fan loves it.

EDIT: Title changed to reflect proper software title.

To bypass the Driver Signing issue in Vista64, install a program called ReadyDriver Plus. Restart your PC. This program effectively F8's on restart and disables the Driver Signing requirement automatically.

EDIT2: Voltage Control does not seem to work

Running 480/694 idle clocks no problem.

This is ATI Tray Tools which is made by Ray Adams of Guru3D, and NOT ATI Tool made by W1zzard from Techpowerup...should change thread title. I never did get this working with Vista 64, perhaps I'll try it when the process is simplified. Although I still think a simpler alternative for adjusting fans/OCing etc is Gainward expertool

Updated thread title with correct name.

Added Vista64 fix.

Gainward ExperTool is rather pants. Dynamic fan speed makes my fan go crazy... pinging between 0% and 84% and fixed is neither use nor ornament when you are looking for something to ramp up in the event of heat.

I like this ATI Tray Tools. Definately the best tool I've seen for the HD4800 series.

Using ATT beta makes all of my games extremely unstable, if they launch at all. The card is furmark stable, but something with the ATT really disagrees with my games.

I uninstalled CCC first then installed ATT Beta.

I have only tested GRID so far @ stock and @ 790/1100 and its been fine.

If you have CCC still installed, perhaps that is the problem?

Do not try and run ATT along with CCC. It can cause weird issues.

I used ATT with my X1900XT and I loved it. IMO its the number one program for video card control. Haven't tried this new Beta, but this seems to be very good news. We knew Ray would get around to updating this for 48xx cards, but just didn't know when.
