Later version of UHARC than 0.2 ???

I have found that UHARC has very good compression ratio, but the latest version I can find is v0.2
Problem is that it doesn't support long file names or directories. I have seen reference to a few different versions, maybe UHARC 98, but have not been able to find a site to download it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
