We’re currently investigating an issue related to the forum theme and styling that is impacting page layout and visual formatting. The problem has been identified, and we are actively working on a resolution. There is no impact to user data or functionality, this is strictly a front-end display issue. << ok i know how to use coolmon to an extent, but how were you able to display your ip address for both what the router gives you, and what seems to be your external ip? i only managed to only make it display my generic router ip >>
CoolMon is only able to display the IP address of your local PC. If you are behind a router which gave you your IP, then that is the IP that will be displayed by CoolMon. If you would like to see your external IP, then that is now also possible. Someone has written this script which will grab your external IP from www.whatismyip.com and stick it in a text file. This text file can be included in CoolMon with File Line Data. The same is possible for the weather. 😀
Sorry for the OT, but sort of related, post. Please return to your originally scheduled desktop thread now. 😉
