If you only have to pay $50 more to get a 7800 GT, go for it. It is more powerful than the 6800 GT by ~25% or more on average.

Just get the 7800GT. It's worth it. If you don't care about the extra framerate, you'll love your games with 16x Transparency Supersampling AA :D

8x Supersampling. There is no 16x Transparency Supersampling AA unless you're doing SLI.

Get the 7800GT as you'll appreciate the extra performance.

There are non-SLI 8x and 16x modes available to single cards, both of which use super-sampling.

how do you get those settings? What driver? I'm using 81.98 and I only have 1 7800GT from BFG and the AA settings are none, 2x, 2xq, 4x, and 8xs. There is no 16x antialiasing on a single card! where do you get this stuff? I think the 16x AA on a non-SLI card is a load of BS.

Yea wait one week. Wait till after the 7900 launches on March 9th. You could save money and maybe even get a better performing card for less.

Like I said, it does NOT have non-SLI 8xAA or 16xAA. It has 8xS, though. It does have 8xAF and 16xAF.
