Anyway, it was a good episode. Lex is hallucinating only part of the time. The rest of the time they're trying to maek him believe he is, to make him look crazier than he is. And this is because he knows too much about the death of his grandparents. So his dad locks him up under the doctor's care so she can give him the drugs in proper dosages.
However at the end, the doctor says that Lex won't have any short term memory, but she doesn't say "about what happened" so they could really mess him up.
