last name mispelled on rebate... ok to deposit?

It's sh not ch on the end of my name, can I deposit it?

My name was misspelled on a rebate check from Dell. Deposited just fine.

On this Dell Small business, I put down the company I work for as the company. As I understand it, the rebate will come back under the companies name. I did not know this at the time. How will I be able to cash this check once I get it?
