The PSU is unnecessarily powerful but assuming you're pairing it with a mid-high GPU it's pretty much ideal, otherwise it all looks like a good fit.

I currently have a GTX 460 @ 850mhz/2000mhz. How about the memory? is there anything else better for cheaper?
 
Better memory? Yes.
Better memory that's cheaper? Not really, maybe with a rebate but we're only talking a couple dollars.

Either way RAM is really only going to give moderate changes on benchmarks. You'll never feel or see the difference.
 
anything else before i order it? Thinking about picking up that G9x for $39.99

Mobo should be more then fine for overclocking correct?
