Last Day!

It don't cost ya nuthin to bump it... 😉

HFMC-6 Does all your data commo except for the Internet: data terminal, faxing, voice mail (if your modem supports it) and autodials from your personal phone book. More compact, less overhead, and much less expensive than the Symantec product. $30. thru the end of August. It is the downloadable version, you can pay a extra for the CD version if you want it. You can get it for even less if you have an earlier version of HFMC or one of their other datacomm softwares (QuickLink, etc,) - you'll just need to contact them with your info if your earlier product isn't registered. I've been using it since ver. 3 or 4 and it works pretty well - I mainly use it for sending/receiving faxes. Since I recently got a modem that supports voice mail, I may set that function up too.

Here's the Linkage.

Looks like an interesting product... what I am curious about is the call handling functionality. On the Smith Micro site it states
Have voice calls automatically transferred to your mobile phone so you never miss a call.
What caller id # comes thru on those transferred calls?

Does it come thru as your home phone number or as the phone number of the party being transferred?

Anyone have any experience with this function..? Just curious? I'll have to download the trial at home and see if nothing else.

This could be a VERY HOT DEAL if it works like I HOPE it does.
